PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order call: 020 7287 9912 Monday to Friday between the hours of 10.00 & 18.00. When ordering please have the following to hand: payment details, billing address, delivery address and contact details.

 

DELIVERY

We charge £5.00 for postage and packaging. Please allow five working days to receive your goods; however in most cases it should only take a couple of days. Overseas charges will vary.

 

RETURNS

Folli Follie does not refund, however we are happy to exchange goods within 28 days as long as they are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and most importantly, with the Guarantee card that is provided with each and every item. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings. Returns must be sent via special delivery, to:

Postage for exchanges/returns must be paid by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit therefore we strongly suggest you obtain proof of postage. Exchanges/refunds are not accepted in any other Folli Follie outlet outside of the UK. The company policy also states that we in the UK can not exchange/refund products bought abroad.
