PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Folli Follie provides a two year Guarantee card with every jewellery and watch purchase. Accessories are guaranteed for one year. This means that we will repair any damaged items free of charge providing you show us the Guarantee card/receipt and it is within the guarantee period.

 

PACKAGING

Whether it is an indulgent treat or a gift for a loved one, at Folli Follie we take great pride in our packaging. All our jewellery is placed in a beautiful Folli Follie cloth pouch and packed in a special branded box which will include your very own two year Guarantee card. Watches are packaged in a specially designed box which includes instruction manual and guarantee.

 

RETURNS

Folli Follie does not refund, however we are happy to exchange goods within 28 days as long as they are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and most importantly, with the Guarantee card that is provided with each and every item. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings. Returns must be sent via special delivery, to:

Postage for exchanges/returns must be paid by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit therefore we strongly suggest you obtain proof of postage. Exchanges/refunds are not accepted in any other Folli Follie outlet outside of the UK. The company policy also states that we in the UK can not exchange/refund products bought abroad.

 

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are valid for three months and can be used at any Folli Follie store in London and Bicester Village.

Folli Follie may contact you regarding information on exclusive offers and promotions’, including special events, new products and our latest catalogues. Folli Follie does not share any mailing details with other organizations.
